- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I needed to return remote controls left behind from my contract with AT&T. I returned everything else at this location with a young man there with no problem. When I got home I realized I did not include the remote controls. I go back the next day to return the remotes and this very rude lady didn't even give me a chance to explain she just says that she cannot return the remotes to AT&T. When I try to inquire why she can't since they took the rest of my items she just turns around and go get back on the phone completely ignoring me! I will never go back to that place again for anything dealing with shipping or ups! Horrible! I had to go to the UPS on 16107 Kensington Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77479 and they were very nice and helpful in helping me get the remotes back to AT&T. It sucks when one person can cause so many problems for the entire place. She's rude to the people that work there also I have seen how she talk to them.
