- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Second branch I visited only to find that all ATM's are down. Decided to go inside for a small withdrawal and waited nearly ten minutes while two tellers attempted to verify my signature. I evidently never visit a branch and due to issues such as this is the reason why. Ultimately decided to go ten minutes away to First Community Credit Union and withdrew from my primary account. I've been with Sterling Bank since 1999 and only have had issues since the Comerica merger. THANK YOU COMERICA!! UPDATE 8/17/15 @ 7:35PM. ATM is down...... AGAIN!! This place has over exceeded my expectations on being an inconvenience. Off to my credit union to access my money.By David M, July 07, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Sorry you had such terrible experiences David. I think this is the best Comerica in Houston. Been going for years and never encountered a single problem! I'm usually a quiet person by nature but the staff is so friendly I actually enjoy talking to them. Celia and the others are great. I've waited in line 5 times max (early afternoon) with no more than 2 people in front of me. You're in and you're out. This is what I expect from my bank.By Stephen Joe, March 28, 2017
