- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Can I put half star or no star? Very rude manager, associate cannot explain to me why I cannot change the deliovery address of an unused and apid return lable, he asked the "Manager" to explain to me. The first word of the manager when he showed up, reluctantly, was, "What do you want?" Ooops, very bad beginning. He said that the label can expire if unused and it is "clearly" stated in UPS' rule. I asked where the rule is and he said "You can check the website" and it is not his fault that I did not bring it in one mionth ago to change the dleivery address an dtol dme, even so, I would had to pay for the change as well. He wanted to call UPS' customer service and I did not have time to wait for an "availabel agent" so I chosed to lost the money I already apid, not much, 20 dollars but the UNSERVICE made you feel like you have lost several grands. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went to this location after having a terrible experience at another location where I ended up walking out with my package. The experience here was like night and day.
