She is very knowledgeable, she is helpful and if there is something that is not her area of expertise she will get you to the person whom one needs to ask the question. I have never met a banker who is more professional yet very down to earth and approachable. Nadia is someone who works with each client individually and will help you come up with what is the best plan for your personal needs and for your business needs as well. If you need someone at a bank with whom you can build a great financial relationship with and not feel like a number but someone whose business is valued whether it is your 18 year old opening there first real account, a small business trying to find funding or someone who is well established and just wants to know they are in good hands. BBVA Sugar Creek's President Nadia is the person and the bank you can put your faith in 100% plus. She is all of that and a full size bag of chips,By Sunny Shores, June 22, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've NEVER been able to get good service at this location.. My debit card for stuck then shredded in the ATM, I go into the lobby after talking to someone about if they could get my card back their response via drive through was " We Don't Service Our ATM" so I go into the branch & not ONE ASSOCIATE even made an effort. Towards helping after saying out loud can someone help me? I need a new debit card..Not the way to treat a TEN YEAR customer !! After that, a 45 min call to change my billing address ( that didn't happen) and hold pending charges till my account balance was less than then pending charges & hittting me with HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS worth of overdraft fees, I'm moving My funds to Chase Bank or USAA..By Austin Todd, May 25, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been here twice. Had to leave after sitting 20+ mins waiting for a banker the first time, second time I waited 15 mins until I noticed that I had been skipped. There was no way to sign in.
